My time at ANABL came at a very pivotal point in my early cosmetology journey when I wasn’t sure of what direction I wanted to take my career. I was gifted with the skill but was so unsure of my talents. While there I perfected and honed skills in all things Natural Hair while building confidence in myself and work that ultimately allowed me to have a flourishing career as a professional Natural Hair care specialist. Learning important things like time management, salon operations & management, client relationship building and so much more. A Great Experience
I completed the fast-track program for Beauty Support Technician and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I got to learn a lot during this time, I learned about the front desk and running the business outside of styling. I learned how to shampoo hair properly, how to deal with different scalp situations, and how to deal with clients. I got to connect with new people, brushed up on my communication skills, and learned how salon operations truly work, including learning how to work under pressure and during fast pace operations for efficiency. I highly recommend the program to anyone who wants to start a career in the haircare industry because I learned so many things I wasn’t aware of.

This was rewarding and helped me grow. This program gave me the opportunity to build my skills and confidence. I learned how to properly shampoo hair, manage my time more effectively, and provide great customer service to every client. I also gained valuable knowledge and techniques for working with natural hair that I will carry throughout my career. What meant the most to me was the relationships I built. I felt supported, encouraged, and welcomed as I learned and grew. My proudest accomplishment was earning my Braider License through this program.
